Part One

In a distant part of space, a new planet is formed. It is observed by the Daleks as it smashes its way through a sun.

Part Two

The Emperor reports to the Daleks about the rogue planet, which they have christened Skardal. It seems the planet is temporarily beyond their sensors. However, when it collides with Omega Three, it is soon back on the sensors and now on a collision course with Skaro.

Part Three

The Emperor devises a plan to divert Skardal using a meteorite storm. The Dalek fleet blast off to put it into practice.

Part Four

The fleet magnetises the meteorites, which draw Skardal away from its collision course. Better still, it pushes the rogue planet onto a collision course with Mechanus, homeworld of the Mechanoids.
