Part One

The Daleks perfect space flight and the Emperor sends a warning to all life in all galaxies – the Daleks are coming!

Part Two

The Dalek saucers close on Alvega, closest of all worlds to Skaro, but they are puzzled as to why there is no animal life on the world, only lush vegetation. The Emperor orders the Daleks to blast a path through the jungle. The Amarylls, intelligent plants, decree that the Daleks must be driven back into the skies.

Amaryll ChallengeThe Emperor tries a little one-to-one. Naturally, given the Daleks’ tendency to shout, this doesn’t work too well. CGI render from the Altered Vistas production of The Amaryll Challenge

Part Three

Under orders from the main root of the world, the Amarylls fight back against the Daleks, blowing seeds into their casings, which then germinate and destroy the Daleks.

Part Four

The Daleks capture an Amaryll and learn that their controller lies deep within the earth. Ordered by the controller to attack the invaders, the Amarylls assault the saucer with their seeds.

Part Five

The saucers escape into space. The Emperor orders four vessels to return to destroy every living thing on the planet then land to assume control. However, when three of the saucers touch down, earthquakes destroy them.

Part Six

The last Dalek saucer burrows down into the ground, intent on finding the controller. However, when they emerge into a subterranean cavern, a giant serpent destroys their saucer.

Part Seven

The Daleks destroy the serpent and head towards the controller. However, they are picked off until only one Dalek remains. This Dalek confronts the main root of the world, and blasts it, which destroys the whole planet. The Emperor makes a decree: what they cannot conquer they will destroy.
