Dalek Masterplan music composer speaks

Martin Johnson, composer for the music for the upcoming stage production of the Dalek Masterplan, tells us how the development of the soundtrack is progressing

With just a few short months to go before the Dalek Masterplan takes to the stage in Portsmouth, those unsung heroes behind the scenes are busy building props, rehearsing and creating costumes. In the case of Martin Johnson, the show’s composer, he’s busy preparing the music.

Kind gentleman that he is, he’s given us a unique insight into the composition process, which at this stage of the game he describes as ‘a rollercoaster in the dark’ by sending us a great behind-the-scenes article.
