Dalek signed by David Tennant for sale on ebay

05 October 2007

A 12-inch remote controlled Dalek, signed by David Tennant on the Jonathon Ross show, is up for sale on ebay.

Proceeds of the sale will be donated to Harrison’s Heart Foundation – a UK charity that raises money for research into heart diseases in young children.

The Dalek contains a specially recorded speech, voiced by non other than Nicholas Briggs – who performs the voices for the Daleks in the new TV series, Big Finish audio plays and is performing in the forthcoming stage production of The Dalek Masterplan.

You’ll need to be keen, though, at the moment bidding is already up to nearly £1000 – but if you want a real unique Dalek item and are prepared to spend, then this really is a one-off. See the signed Dalek on ebay.

The Dalek appeared with Tennant on the Jonathon Ross Show, and was signed by Tennant after the show had finished. The Dalek has been donated by the manufacturers of the toy, Character Group.

Bidding ends on 12 October 2007 at 14:57 BST.
