Ticket sales for the Dalek Masterplan four times greater than expected

Although it is some months away, ticket sales for the stage production of the Dalek Masterplan are already four times greater than they were for the previous production, Evil of the Daleks.

It seems that the excellent work put in for last year’s production of Evil of the Daleks is paying off this year. Tickets have only been on sale for around a month, but sales already exceed the last production four times over.

Since this is likely to be the last and only time this classic (and mostly lost) Doctor Who story is produced on stage, it’s not surprising that ticket sales are brisk. Last year’s production of Evil of the Daleks (again, the only time that it’s been seen on stage) was simply superb, so expectations for this year’s show are very high indeed.

The Dalek Masterplan originally featured the first Doctor, in an epic struggle through both time and space to stop the Daleks building and using their most terrible weapon.

If you don’t want to miss out, make sure you book your tickets as early as possible.
