The Doctor Who exhibition in Cardiff is to have a substantial revamp, including making way for new Daleks.

Although it has not been confirmed, it is expected that the revamp will include the new red Supreme Dalek.

The Supreme Dalek – wants to spend some time in Wales, apparently.

The revamp is costing tens of thousands of pounds. Also to be included will be more exhibits from season 4 of Doctor Who. The exhibition has been open since 2006 and was only due to be open for a few months, but – because of demand – has now been open three years.

The current exhibition will close temporarily to allow work to take place, between 13 and 19 October.
