Daleks in Manhattan Airfix kit released

Airfix has released its long-awaited Daleks in Manhattan model kit.

After what seems like an eternity, Airfix’s Daleks in Manhattan model kit is finally here.

The ‘Dalek Encounter’ model kit features two Daleks, one open and displaying the Kaled mutant inside, one closed.

Daleks in Manhattan seems an odd story to feature as Airfix’s first Dalek kit, as it was hardly the most popular of stories, but at least they haven’t inflicted us with that dire Babar-the-elephant-inspired Dalek Sec hybrid in a suit.

Availability seems to be currently limited, but hopefully they should be freely available in the run-up to Christmas. Anyone who’s got one of these, please let is know how you get on building it, and send some photos.
